Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at age 16 when she quit the sport of gymnastics. Her Professional Card was granted a year later, at 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, and sponsored athlete. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card a year after. Thus becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a break of six years from her career after she earned her professional license to continue her studies. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from where she previously left off participating in some of the most prestigious contests like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. In 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness titles. Also, year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB ever. Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. They placed her third at the contest. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. It's no surprise that she placed so well, in light of the contest. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel is known to be focused specifically on the back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm with a pull-up device as well as seated rows. Ariel will warm-up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel will also make the most of her time. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
